Strategic and forward-thinking department management bringing excellence, compassion, and creativity to the rehab industry
What we do. At Veda, we provide customized management and operations solutions to bridge the gap between quality and financial outcomes in rehabilitation facilities.
Program Development
Industry Challenge: Facilities don’t tap into the potential of rehab departments.
Solutions We Deliver:
We empower PTs, OTs, and SLPs with management, training, and mentorship in evidence-based and patient-centered assessment and intervention.
We identify gaps in service delivery and workflow to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
Regulatory Compliance
Industry Challenge: In the ever-changing survey environment, operators are burdened by preparing for state, federal, and Medicare audits.
Solutions We Deliver:
We take a proactive approach instead of waiting to put out the fire through rigorous documentation, coding, and billing monitoring.
We mitigate risk through comprehensive weekly audits to ensure the rehab department always aligns with quality rating metrics, and facility, state, and federal guidelines.
Financial Optimization
Industry Challenge: Facilities miss crucial opportunities to capitalize upon the MDS that rehab professionals are uniquely equipped to optimize.
Solutions We Deliver:
We train PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize processes and reimbursement through detail-orientated administration of Section GG, K, the PHQ9, and BIMs.
We educate and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (MDS, dietary, social services, food services) to ensure no gaps in executing recommendations.
Talent Acquisition
Industry Challenge: PTs, OTs, and SLPs who are competent, confident, and compassionate are difficult to find and retain.
Solutions We Deliver:
We leverage our strong relationships with universities and hyper-specific pools so that the best candidate supports the rehab team.
We don't stop at hire; we mentor our candidates so they continue to add value.
